Ruger has announced a brand new Limited Edition SR1911.

"Ruger is excited to offer a special, limited edition of the Ruger® SR1911®. This pistol features an attractive, finely detailed, laser-engraved slide that commemorates the Western genre featuring a mounted rider against an American flag backdrop.

The custom wood grip panels feature detailed scrollwork to match the engraved slide. This 45 Auto pistol has a lightweight black anodized frame and a drift adjustable Novak® 3-Dot sight system.

Only 1,000 of these special SR1911 pistols will be produced.
