GForce Arms is issuing a warranty service notice for certain Jawbone 9mm firearms related to a disconnector spring from a specific supplier batch.

The company has identified that, after extended use, some firearms may exhibit irregular trigger behavior due to the disconnector spring losing tension over time. All affected firearms were test‑fired and passed function testing prior to shipment, and this condition does not typically present during initial testing.

GForce Arms is offering corrective service at no cost to customers, including at‑home replacement or factory service options.

Disconnector Spring Inspection & Replacement

GForce Arms is issuing a warranty service notice for certain Jawbone 9mm firearms related to the disconnector spring.

Description of the Issue

Through customer feedback and internal review, we have identified that a disconnector spring from a specific supplier batch may, after extended use, lose tension. In some cases, this may result in irregular trigger behavior, including unintended burst‑fire.

All affected firearms were test‑fired and passed function testing prior to leaving our facility. This condition typically does not present during initial testing and may only develop after repeated use over time.

Out of an abundance of caution, GForce Arms is offering corrective service for potentially affected firearms.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS

Option 1: At‑Home Disconnector Spring Replacement

For customers comfortable performing basic firearm maintenance, this option is designed to shorten the time required to return the firearm to safe operating condition.

GForce Arms will provide:

Replacement disconnector spring

Slave pin

Punch

Access to a step‑by‑step instructional video

After completion of the replacement, customers will receive one complimentary magazine as a courtesy.

Option 2: Factory Service

Customers may return the firearm to GForce Arms for service. We will provide prepaid shipping, perform the repair and inspection, and return the firearm promptly. A complimentary magazine will be included.
