BEHIND THE SCENES: Manufacturing SIG SAUER Rifle Lowers

We had the opportunity to attend SIGNext 2026 once again this year. This is the event where they unveil new products, have exciting range sessions, and give factory tours. This year we were able to video inside the factory and we'll be bringing that content to you.

During the tour, we saw how they manufacture their M8, MCX, and SPEAR lowers. Unlike traditional linear processes, this ONE station - staffed by ONE operator - is able to output 6-7K lowers PER month.
